Every day tons of seawater meet the stream of the untouched waters of river Krka in the Sibenik Bay providing our shellfish with fresh nutrients while seawater ensures that our oysters and mussels grow flavourful and packed with proteins, rich in omega 3, iron, zinc, vitamin C and calcium-carbonate that is a crucial building block of shellfish mantles.
LOCATION
Dalmatia Sea Food farm is located in Sibenik area at central Dalmatian part of the Croatian Adriatic coast. Out micro location is at the river Krka estuary where clean fresh river water meets the Adriatic Sea.
